Get Back In That Bikini And Stay In It!

This week I’m talking about how to get back in that bikini and most importantly STAY IN IT.

There is so much pressure when summer comes around and it’s beach body time so today I want to show you how to make this process easy and permanent!

I used to dread the thought of summer and wearing a bikini on the beach. Even the thought of putting on shorts for me was too much, I would have been happy to curl up in a ball and hibernate the whole way through the season.

Maybe you feel the same? Maybe you dread summer coming around and can’t even imagine putting on a bikini right now but are desperate to make a change? The lovely lady I want to help you speed up this process.

I spent years trying to do this myself but now I have the answers and I want to share them with you so you can fast track the process.

So as you probably know by now I am all about working on the real things stopping you losing weight, the unresolved internal things that are keeping you trapped. I know from first hand experience, once your internal world is balanced, whole an aligned, your external world will be too!

So my tip for you this week to speed up getting back in that bikini is that you have to first be able to see yourself at your goal (in your internal world – in your mind)

Your unconscious mind is the most powerful tool in your possession and you can use it to achieve anything you want in your life, including that bikini body!

So let me ask you this, can you see yourself at your goal in the future? Can you actually picture what you will look like? How you will feel when you are back in that bikini loving your body? What other people say to you? Will you feel proud, free, fulfilled? Think about every tiny little detail and get clear with this.

If the answer is no then this is why you are stuck.

Your unconscious mind needs to know exactly where it is heading. The power of visualisation is unbelievable guys and by you being able to see, feel, hear and experience exactly what it is going to be like at your goal, instantly your mind can start working towards it.

Sounds crazy right? But it works…it’s a science. What you think about, you bring about in your life!

Also by having such a clear positive vision of where you are heading it over powers those negative little voices that usually creep in trying to sabotage your success; ‘you’ll never get back in a bikini,’ ‘you’re not good enough’ ‘you’re useless.’ I know how this goes, trust me I had years of it. But holding that vision of what you want will motivate you unconsciously to keep moving.

So the more you connect with this image the quicker you are going to achieve it.

Hold this image and the experience of it in your mind regularly. Experience it everyday, a few times a day. Get really clear with it. And then just start to watch the magic unfold.

Be aware and open to new ideas or opportunities that come your way, and when they do be sure to act on them. Take the action that is going to get you results.

Remember your mind needs a powerful vision to move towards so treat this like a daily practice.

You can begin doing this as an exercise. Close your eyes and go 6 months into the future and experience yourself at your goal. Experience everything about it, put yourself into that body, feel what it feels like. Make it real. You can even write it down, I find this helps make it even more powerful.

If you come up against any resistance, that’s ok, its normal, just push through it. Give it a go, you’ve got nothing to lose.
