Understanding what they are is essential if you want to solve this problem and take back control around food. And they're not what you think. There are NO diets, NO restriction, NO deprivation in my approach to healing your relationship with food and your body.
I will not ask you to weigh yourself, count a calorie, eat certain foods or cut out certain foods. Instead this is all about uncovering the REAL reasons WHY you want to eat. It's about finding what you're REALLY hungry for, because it's not really food you want. It's something deeper, it's emotional, that's why food isn't solving the problem long term and you find yourself wanting to keep eating again and again.

But once I looked within myself and understood WHY I wanted to eat and realised the real reasons WHY I was using food (for comfort, reward, happiness, stress relief) everything changed.
