This was me.

15 kgs heavier, using food for comfort, a coping mechanism and to make me feel better if I felt any type of emotion. I tried EVERY diet out there to lose weight and nothing would work for me. I thought I was destined to be over weight forever and spending my life backwards and forward to the fridge 50 x per day. It was exhausting. 

Then, something crossed my path that showed me how my emotions could be impacting behaviours in my life including my eating habits. I started to explore this and working on my emotions, mindset and habits around food and it all changed.

This was me.

I stopped bingeing, stopped over eating, stopped needing chocolate every time I felt the tiniest bit of uncomfortable emotion. And as a result the weight dropped off, my confidence came back massively, I was free from the trap of food and counting calories, it all went away. It was amazing. I couldn't believe the changes. 

This set me on a mission to help other women also battling with food and their body to understand this information and these processes so you too can achieve the weight loss you desire. 

My biggest learning on this journey; weight loss is an inside job. If you're someone who has an emotional connection to food diets will never work for you, it's not the approach. But this right here, what I teach, it will solve the issue for you. It will get right to the core and change your mindset around food and body forever.
