Is this a diet program?
Absolutely not and we want to be clear about this. There are zero food plans, calorie counts, meal plans or exercise routines in Unapologetic. We work entirely on the root causes of your relationship with food — the emotional, physical and spiritual layers. We believe diets are part of the problem, not the solution. If you want a diet program, this isn't it. If you want to be free from needing one — you're in the right place.
I've tried everything and nothing has worked. Why will this be different?
Because everything else you've tried has addressed the symptom (eating) without addressing the cause. Diets, meal plans and even most therapy approaches treat food as the problem. We treat what's underneath the food as the problem — and that's why the results last. We've both been exactly where you are. We built The Freedom Model specifically because nothing else worked for us either..
I'm a busy mum - how much time does this take each week?
We designed this for real women with real lives. Each week's module is self-paced — you can move through it in pockets of time. You'll need roughly 2–3 hours per week to engage with the content and tools properly. The two live calls are scheduled to suit the group. And because you get lifetime access, you can always revisit content when life gets busy.
How is this different from therapy or counselling?
Therapy is valuable and we fully support it — some of our graduates do both. The difference is that Unapologetic is specifically designed around food and body freedom, with tools built for this exact journey. We use a combination of mindset coaching, emotional release work, somatic practices, inner child healing and identity work — all through the lens of The Freedom Model. Many women find it goes deeper and moves faster than traditional talk therapy for this specific issue.
What platform does the program run on?
All modules, workbooks and recordings are hosted on a private members portal — you'll receive login details immediately after joining. The community runs in a private group. The live calls are via Zoom and all recordings are uploaded to the portal within 24 hours.
Will I have support from Leanne and Crystal directly?
Yes! Both of us are present in the community throughout the program. You'll also have three live group calls with both of us where you can ask questions and receive personalised guidance. If you upgrade to the 1:1 VIP level, you'll receive four private sessions split between us plus personal message access throughout the six weeks.
When does the program start and how long will I have access?
