Sure I’d lose a little bit of weight, but I couldn’t maintain it and I’d end up gaining the weight back, plus some! I felt miserable and as though nothing in the world could ever help me.

The amount of time, energy and money I'd wasted over the years on weight loss products, self help books, bootcamps, the latest super foods, the newest diets, online memberships, weight loss groups, workout DVD’s was crazy, maybe you're the same?

I couldn’t understand what I was doing wrong or why I couldn’t make this work? It seemed simple, ‘follow this diet and you’ll lose weight’ well it wasn’t working for me.

But then...

Just as I was about to throw in the towel because I'd had enough of doing everything society told me to do to lose weight; count calories, deprive myself of food, cut out carbs, cut out fat, run on the treadmill for an hour every day, and not getting any results that's when it happened. There was a shift.

This was not a shift in my weight, nor a shift in my eating, in fact this was no external shift at all, this was a completely internal one that changed everything.


I realised my weight and food were not the problem but the reason why I was over eating, the reason why my body was storing fat and the reason why I was so uncomfortable in my skin were the real problems and this was all stemming from inside of me.

I started to work on these real underlying issues and with the right tools, everything fell into place for me, the weight dropped off, the emotional eating stopped completely and I got back in my skinny jeans and stayed in them whooo!


And now the best bit is, I get to see these same results time and time again with my clients too.

One of the biggest things I have learned on my journey is that everything we do in life is 80% mindset and when talking about weight loss, 20% nutrition and fitness.

This sounds crazy I know and goes against everything you've ever been taught about weight loss and calorie counting by all the endless diet systems out there. But think about it, how many people do you know who have been on one diet and got the results they want for life? I'm yet to meet anyone. In fact how I see it more often is the women who have never been on a diet have a much healthier and happier relationship with themselves than the women who have. What will I learn?

Over the next 3 months you will have 12 modules released which are designed to guide you through a step by step process to uncover the real reasons why you are using food emotionally, to give you the tools to release these blocks for good and to set you up for permanent weight loss.

Before the program commences you’ll receive a welcome and orientation pack to complete which will begin the process and ensure we maximise on our time together throughout the program.

We will work through each week together and ensure you understand the steps and the process. This is the exact same process that has enabled me to lose 17kgs completely diet free and to keep it off for naturally for years.

Here is a very brief overview of each module:

Module 1 - Know Where You're Heading

We start off by getting super clear with your direction, ensuring your unconscious mind knows exactly where it’s heading over the next 12 weeks. You’ll create and write your declaration so you are set on your goals and stay on track throughout the program. We also work on decluttering your environment because your environment and state of mind are directly linked.

Module 2 - The Weight Loss Myth Demystified

It’s time to pull apart the old weight loss systems you’ve been taught so you can finally break free and get a permanent result. This will give you a whole new perspective on weight loss and emotional eating and how to finally over come it for good.

We start some meditation and journalling practice here to help you become more present. The more present you are, the more mindful you are which will have a direct effect on the way you eat and the foods you choose to put in your body. You will never think in the same way about weight loss and emotional eating again.

Module 3: Discover Your Body Story

This module is vital in breaking through the weight loss and food battle you’ve been experiencing. Your mind is programmed from a young age which means you have been influenced by the people in your life such as parents, teachers, family members etc.  Here we look at the beliefs, habits and behaviours that were created as kids and which of these patterns on some level we are still running today.

We look at your body story and your relationship with food. When you start connecting the dots here, it’s powerful. Be ready for some amazing break throughs that will change your life.

Module 4 - You Are What You Think

Your thoughts create your reality so it’s important that we look at the internal dialogue that’s running for you and make the changes necessary to create the reality you want. The way you talk to yourself has a huge effect on the way you feel and therefore the things you experience. Here you will learn to become super aware of what your mind is running and most importantly how to change the way you think to get the weight loss results you deserve and create that healthy relationship with food.

We use some tools here to help you destroy the old beliefs such as ‘I’m not good enough’ ‘ I’ll never be slim” etc (these will be very unique to you) we remove the beliefs so we can then work on reprogramming your mind for the success you want.

Module 5 - What Are You Really Hungry For?

Here we get super clear with what is really driving the need for food. We are about to pull apart that emotional eating habit for good and make sure it never returns.

You will learn how and why the habit occurs and most importantly identify the triggers that keep that old pattern firing.

We introduce some simple steps to start interrupting the habit so you can start saying no to food.

Module 6 - Stop Bottling It Up

This module explains how and why emotion builds and helps you get to the root of the emotion that has been driving the need for food (when you’re not physically hungry) and we start to work on letting it go.

This is like an emotional spring clean, we remove the emotion so it stops triggering the need for food. This process will positively effect so much more than just your food habits and weight loss, it will effect all areas of life, it’s amazing!

I share with you some of my favourite techniques for emotional release and tools that will support you in continuing to master your emotions. I still use these tools today if I ever need them, they’re amazing.

Module 7 - The Void And How To Fill It

When you are using food emotionally you are trying to fill an internal void. In this module we uncover exactly what that is so you can fill it internally and stop using food to try and fill that space. Once this is done you will never use food in the same way again.

Module 8 - Whole Heartedly You

This week is all about recreating wholeness in your life. So often we are internally battling with ourselves for example, ‘part of me wants to eat healthily but parts just wants that takeaway’. We balance this out so all of you works as one and you can achieve your goals easily.

We work on filling that internal void that has been created and is making you use food to ‘fill it’ but we do this internally so you never need food to make you feel a certain way again.

 Module 9 - Total Body Reset

It’s really important that will help the body get back in tune with physical hunger. Sometimes when we have experienced emotional hunger for so long we forget what physical hunger feels like.

It’s time to take care of you, your body and reconnect to the fact that this is your vehicle on this planet to be here, so let’s nourish it and treat it with respect. Here we do a total body reset.

Module 10: Miss Motivator

This week we focus on techniques to help you stay positively motivated towards your goals easily and naturally.

A lot of women don’t realise that their motivation can be negatively or positively driven. When it’s negatively driven this is the reason why you ‘can’t be bothered’ or ‘don’t feel like it’.  You’ve actually always got motivation but sometimes it’s focused in the wrong direction. We make sure your motivation is always positively driven so you can continue moving easily towards your goals. This is a game changer.

Module 11 - Love Bug

This module is all about self love, when you fully love yourself you will choose to nourish and love your body, fill it with good food and stop using food emotionally. You’ll realise that you have everything internally you need and will stop searching for something outside of you to make you feel a certain way.

Here you have some amazing self love tools that will ensure you fully embrace and love you, that any void created internally is complete filled and you can learn to love and accept you.

Module 12 - The New You

This week is all about reflecting on how far you have come and setting yourself up with a plan to continue on with this work as a lifestyle. We make a 3 month plan to keep you moving, keep you focused and to keep you feeling awesome.

I will b sharing with you some of my craving buster audios, fat burner visualisations, motivational recordings and the amazing NLP processes I have learned that allow you to overcome any emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, negative behaviours and habits.
