This week I want to share a personal story with you about the moment I realised the way I was thinking about food was the problem, and not the food itself.

Have you ever had a friend or family member that eats whatever they want, rarely exercises but stays slim anyway? Have you ever wondered how this can happen? Maybe you are someone who has or is strictly counting calories and exercising everyday but seems to put on lots of weight every time you slip up?
