24TH- 30TH SEPTEMBER

Mind-FULL-ness week is all about you learning to be more calm, present and connected in general life so you can be this way around food too. When you learn to slow down, create space and fill yourself up with the real things in life that you need, you’ll no longer use food to fill that void.

You see emotional or binge eating is not really about the food but instead all to do with your state of being and relationship with yourself.

The problem is most of us are so busy in this fast paced world that we don’t give ourselves the time to stop and work on what really needs healing. So this is what this week is all about, YOU time!

I used to be an obsessive emotional eater and thought I had a massive problem with food until I realised that actually food wasn’t the problem but the fact I was stressed to the max, was carrying a ton of emotion from a bad break up and was really unhappy in myself. These were the real underlying drivers making me want to eat and no diet, weight loss pill or calorie counting app was going to help me fix that.

By working on me and using mindfulness practices I have been able to feel confident and comfortable in myself again, let go of the weight I was carrying emotionally and physically and stop the binge eating which has been life changing. Now I want to share this with you too so you can create the same results.
