Mind-FULL-ness week is all about you learning to be more calm, present and connected in general life so you can be this way around food too. When you learn to slow down, create space and fill yourself up with the real things in life that you need, you’ll no longer use food to fill that void.
You see emotional or binge eating is not really about the food but instead all to do with your state of being and relationship with yourself.
The problem is most of us are so busy in this fast paced world that we don’t give ourselves the time to stop and work on what really needs healing. So this is what this week is all about, YOU time!
