What made you join the program?

When I first signed up I had very little belief in myself and where I was going and I realised if I did nothing about it, in 5 years time I’d be in the same place. I saw the program and it really appealed to me.

Initially I wanted to work on my weight as it was effecting my confidence. Once I started the program I realised it wasn’t about these things but about my mind and that my mind is the key to it all. I started with one intention and it changed to something very different.

What has been your biggest shift?

This would be really believing in myself and having the courage and strength to leave a toxic relationship Ive been in for 4 years and I really don’t think I would have been able to do this if it wasn’t for this program.

The second thing is money mindset. This has been a huge shift for me. I had been holding on to money and missing out on experiences and now I’m spending money more freely on little things that I hadn’t been doing for me and it has made such a difference.  I’m now creating memories and experiences with my friends and family, this was such a big block for me before this program.

What has changed day to day for you?

I am calmer and more present. I used to spend a lot of time and energy in the past about what I didn’t do and then be anxious about the future worrying about what might happen but now I’m present and know the universe has my back and I’m on this path and just need to enjoy the journey. It has been great.

My portion size has dramatically decreased. If I’m hungry I’ll eat and when I’m full I’ll stop.

What has been your biggest learning throughout the program?

Believing in myself and knowing that I do deserve to be happy and have good things in my life. I truly believe that I deserve happiness and all these great things that will be in my future. I can choose to be happy and choose to make the changes I need to make to have the future I want.

I didn’t expect these shifts to happen, I didn’t really know what to expect or I didn’t even know what needed to shift, Leanne's coaching was invaluable to help me find those things.

What did you love about the group element of the program?

I loved the group calls and the accountability. The support of the other women and support of Leanne has been amazing. I’ve made life long friends with some of the ladies and am meeting 2 of them in person later this year. We would have the same things come up and be going through the same things on the calls and this would really help me, you’re always learning from each other. You can be really involved if you want to or you can be an observer if you prefer, the group was fantastic.

In what ways did you achieve what you wanted to achieve?

My mindset is definitely in a better place. I feel better about myself. I came in with a weight loss goal but this goal changed. I know for certain that the mindset changes will set me up for the physical weight loss to happen. The future me is so much closer.

How would you encourage someone else to join the program?

I’ve tried it all before, weight watchers etc and have never stuck to something. I was concerned that I wouldn’t stick to it, but I did. If I can do it anyone can. I’ve never stuck to anything like this. I could have lost 10kgs and still not think Im deserving of nice things or be able to spend money on myself. The mindset is what is needed to change and I couldn’t have done it on my own. This has been life changing for me, I’ve got an amazing support network of women around me, and the next 6 months to continue working on me with the next level program.
